After graduating from a renowned Swiss sports high school, where he completed his commercial qualifications, in parallel with training for competitive golf, Julian Boaden entered the world of banking. Initially engaged as a client advisor for Credit Suisse, located in St. Moritz, Davos and Zurich, Julian has accumulated more than 15 years experience in asset management. This with HSBC Private Bank and Rahn+Bodmer Co., both headquartered in Zurich. The qualified banking economist HF, is highly regarded as a specialist for entrepreneurial families. Outside of banking, Julian enjoys playing golf and values art and culture. He finds most inspiration in exploring nature, especially in its purest, untouched form.

The two multi-family offices Bodewise and Cottonfield Family Office will merge on 1 January 2026 and will operate jointly under the name ‘Bodewise Cottonfield Family Office AG’ in future. The merger will strengthen the company's independence and joint strategic development in the long term.
